@Enoch, maybe I'm of just average intelligence, so break it down so that us average folks can understand. What are you getting at?

DEAR BLACK AMERICA 2011 AND BEYOND
Sight unseen this has nothing to do with individuality. I have no doubt that black people are wonderful people as individuals but this is about the "collective" not the "individual."

This is about moving as one unit to insert, penetrate, infiltrate and aggregate a 21st century marketing equation that is currently ignoring, resisting and rejecting our involvement, inclusion, participation, contribution and presense.

I am a black man and I am on this team and as long as I am on this team I want my grandchildren to live free and to pursue life, liberty and happiness.

These black professionals don't want to live and produce for no one but them. They do not want to be bothered with original thought, critical thinking, fresh ideas or global responsibility.

They prefer to wallow, follow and tailgate white America's afterbirth even though white America takes its' lead from a black president.

These black professional slackers view a call to action, intelligence, courage, bravery, self sacrifice, work, duty and responsibility as hate and attacks upon them,

This is not personal. This is not hate. This is not an attack. This is a matter of national security....

Saving the 21st century for my grandchildren requires teamwork and as long as I am a member on team Black America I refuse to let the 21st century roll us up like sleeping bags simply because the black professionals refuse to accept responsibility to combine their collective intelligence to formulate and execute a plan to secure the 21st century for the incoming and upcoming generations of black Americans.

Short of drawing you a picture of black Americans laying out in urbans cities like bodies in an open grave, I cannot explain it to you any better than this.

Sincerely, Enoch Mubarak
