The second reparation request is for money. Money in the amount of 10 Trillion Dollars in cash. The cash portion of this payment will be paid over a 20 year period plus an interest rate equal to the interest rate set by the US Federal Reserve. This amount is estimated to be five hundred billion dollars each year for 20 years. Cash is needed to create the economic based for a financial system such as brick and mortar banks, credit unions and financial services companies that will be created through the Black Financial Institute.
