No matter what their major, Black African American Students need a set of courses at Jackson State University, other HBCUs and UNCF Colleges similar to what is being taught in Black Studies Departments at Howard University.  We must learn the truth about our history, spirituality, and culture prior to the enslavement process that will give us a better foundation for building a future that allows us to understand and work as a collective group.  We are a creative and innovative people, so why is it that we remain at the top of every negative statistic and at the bottom of every positive statistic.

If in the 21st century, we are going to empower our people; those of us who have gotten a Black Education must demand a better Black Education for those who are coming behind us.

I look forward to your feedback.

One People, One Love, One Goal: Black Empowerment
