In West Virginia a power struggle over who will actually prosecute the case and what charges will actually be filed seem to be bringing some uncertainty to the case of Megan Williams. Megan Williams was brutally raped and tortured by six whites earlier this year in a case that seemed to be open and shut. Now we find out that the State Attorney General Darrell McGraw and the Logan County Prosecutor are having a pissing contest to see who actually gets to try the case with the Attorney General going as far as saying that the county prosecute was in over his head.
