Imus has picked two new African American co host on his new morning program in an attempt to add some diversity to the show. The two new host are Tony Powell and Karith Foster. I am ready to give Imus the benefit of the doubt but then I am a bit troubled by the fact that both new co host are comedians. Not saying that they can't do the job when the conversation turns to more serious topics but I have to wonder why two black comedians on a show that tends to cover serious political and social issues at times?
