“WE THE PEOPLE” in order to forma a more perfect union”… as in the people of this nation must now direct our energy to the TOP of Government in the United States! We must fight this battle strategically! If we execute this fight properly, we will dismantle a system that is based on white supremacy and racism. In order for us to achieve this, we must go STRAIGHT TO THE TOP! THE TOP MEANS ALL THE WAY TO CAPITOL HILL: OUR GOVERNMENT to hold it ACCOUNTABLE for not upholding or enforcing is own LAWS!

After thorough examination, it has been determined that Police Departments, City and State Governments are violating THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES! Yes, this country is literally violating its own law’s when it comes to the murder of innocent and unarmed people based on amendments in the constitution. “We The People”, as stated in the opening lines of the Constitution has the power to make our government abide by its OWN LAWS!

The constitution clearly states….

Amendment VIII (1791)

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

 Amendment XIV (1868)

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

MISSION STRAIGHT TO THE TOP is the next phase in our fight for justice! MISSION STRAIGHT TO THE TOP calls for every African American to give $5.00 of your hard earned money to put into a National Trust –Preferably a Black Owned Bank, to finance (pay for the best BLACK ATTORNEY’S) a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against THE UNITED STATES GOVERNEMNT (The Department of Justice) based on its own LAWS for not enforcing our municipal (local City and State) Governments to UPHOLD and ABIDE by the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.  Due to this extreme crisis situation, our efforts must reach all the way to the International Court of Justice, also known as the World Court!

If you can’t give $5.00, then $4.00, if not $4.00, then $3.00, if not $3.00 then $2.00 or $1.00. If we get 10% of African Americans to put $1.00 or more into to this TRUST, that will generate at least 1.5 Million Dollars! That is more than enough to hire the best attorneys, and file for suit and court fees.

LET’S NOT LET THE MOMENTUM DIE and the VARIOUS PROTESTS GO IN VAIN! LET’S NOT LET OUR ENEMY CONTINUE TO DIVIDE AND CONQUER US! WE MUST STOP ACTING ON OUR EMOTIONS AND START THINKING BEFORE WE REACT!

THE SYSTEM (GOVERNMENT) MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
