First official strategic move is for black America to cease and desist with jumping on the train with white America every time they change their way of thinking and actions. Think for yourself and stay off the radar. Move with stealth and intelligence and stop deleting spam before you read it.
Since having no time for news that is considered and regarded as irrelevant to their game play between China and Japan and to keep their channel open for relevant incoming intelligence the European players relegate all incoming non-essential information to a spam folder. Here's where black American opportunity comes in:

Spam is a white American crumb and black American feast. White America can afford to delete spam but we need to know as much as we can about anything and everything that's going on in the game. You have virus protection so stop deleting your spam before opening and reading it.
Spam is useful knowledge and intelligence to black America. There is no need to intercept the Intel because White America haphazardly throws away vast amounts of valuable Intel without even opening or reading it. Black America in turn receives the same and identical sort of incoming knowledge and intelligence that white America deletes.
Black America needs to retrieve the cast away Intel because the discarded Intel is new, fresh, unopened, unread, current, highly valuable and right out of the wrapper.
Spam contains hidden knowledge of all sorts. You will find events taking place around you and articles that inform and enlighten.You will discover Intel you can use, web sites you never knew about, products and software that enhance and progresses.
